First successful rpm kernel with grsecurity built into it.  I stole redhats src rpm config and specs file so if redhats rpm kernel works, this one should too.  There was some new options with 2.4.22, if the new options was a driver or somthing that seamed useful for hoting env it was compiled into the kernel.  All new options that had the option to be build as a module was. I may include gradm into this rpm in the future, either that or it will be a seperate rpm (probably better idea).
